"The extra mile when I informed Fleur that it was cold in the room. She changed my room and brought a electrical heater. Shana did also a very good job and took care of a late check out. My compliments to Anushka to comfort me with double expresso coffee. Marina took care of my lugage. Due the low temperature and snow during last week in The Netherlands i I must say the staff did an excellent job. Lina was so kind. Thanks to Tony in assisting me to carry out my luggage into the taxi. Room was clean. "

"Very clean larger rooms, and the bed is very comfortable. We booked a Queen room with breakfast and everything was above average. The staff are all amazing and very helpful. The train is 45 seconds out the front door, and is very easy to get into the city, airport, or any place from there. A lot of good places to eat at within a 4-10 minute walk. We will be staying here again on our future trips to the Netherlands for sure. "
