"We were only at the property for one full day, two nights, so we didn’t get to use all the amenities. The pool looked beautiful and there was a great view from there! Some of the stores and restaurants were not open because it was not peak season when we were there, but those that were open were very nice! We stayed in a loft style cabin and it seemed to have everything we needed for a cozy stay. The location is super great!! It is very close to NewRiverGorge National Park, and all the outdoor activities you could want!! Definitely recommend!"

"Everyone loved my dog the moment we arrived. The lobby is shinny clean and so are the hallway. The ground is well kept. Although there are not many occupants, the service is still excellent. Hot breakfast is great with ample options."

"The hotel was clean and mostly well maintained. It was a quiet and comfortable place to rest and sleep. The breakfast was a relatively good quality for the level hotel with the capability to make your own waffles with the option of using Maple syrup. Ok sausages and scrambled eggs. The only thing missing at the breakfast was some fresh fruit: bananas or apples. The only issue with the “property” is some of the back/side doors to the hotel wings did not work properly. After I reported it the first day they brought in a mechanic. You could easily see they had worked on the door but unfortunately it was worse."
