Hot tub didn't feel clean, had a film floating on top of the water; water and shower never heated up to more than lukewarm. had ants in room, reported it and they sprayed the end table, still had ants this morning. towels were thin and looked used."

"Very clean room. Beds were extremely comfortable. The 4 pillows per bed are much appreciated. Makes a world of a sleep difference. The breakfast was excellent of scrambled eggs, two different types of sausage and the fresh brew coffee available at any hour! It is close enough to walk to all the shops, restaurants in downtown Helen. Easy walk to one of the 1 mile trails along the river. Would definitely stay here if we go back."
