Hotel is lovely. Our room was nice and comfortable and clean. Yes its a bit tired here and there but thats to be expected in large old hotel. The only complaint I have is that the restaurant was closed because they didn't have any bookings. We weren't aware that you had to book so just a heads ...

Room fine - staff really nice and helpful . Would have been five but I did not receive details about the car parking that I had paid for that led to some problems accessing the enclosed garage space - otherwise everything was good.
