Noone at check in and untidy rooms

We were given a not cleaned and set up room on the first night in the hotel opposite. There was cockroaches on the floor and no bedding... eventually the check in opened at 2 not at 11 as promised and we were told that they will move us in an other room once it’s cleaned. We went out in the city and came back later at night just to realise the room wasn’t cleaned or set up AGAIN?!?!?! Eventually for the third night we were given a room but didn’t receive any apology... I’m not usually the one who complaint but I could just keep going on about the room service and the prices. Just ridiculous, do yourself a favour and don’t go.

Overbooked

Arrived and told there wasn't a room until the following day so stayed across the road. The following day was told we are very busy try again tomorrow . Didn't unpack until day 3 , so can't really rate this hotel, never went in it never saw a room, stayed over the road the whole week! It was called villa kirki where we stayed and being a frequent visitor to this resort , know that this is where most of the resort workers stay , they are obviously still advertising rooms they haven't got! Wasn't happy .

Nice stay

Nice stay, clean apartment, new comfy bed (with memory foam). Armando was a great host. Beach is within a few minutes.
