"The weather is great. The hotel was nice and close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The pool was awesome and super clean. My room was super clean and the staff was so friendly and accommodating every minute."

"The TV did not work properly. I couldn't change channels and the remote was not functioning properly. We only had one coffee cup and there was no one on site to retrieve another one. The shower was very confusing and there were no instructions. The beds look like they were from World War ii. I would never stay there again do not recommend."

"Unfortunately we had the unpleasant experience of staying at the Captiva Tower. So, no the pool was not enjoyable because of the sewer smell coming from the parking lot. I spoke to management and they did apologize for the lack of service, amenities and cleanliness of Captiva Tower and did refund some of our money. So, staff are great at the front desk."

"Our room was clean, large and nicely furnished and had a full sized refrigerator/freezer. My wife is handicapped and she had no problems moving around. One thing we missed is not having ice machines and some type of breakfast. But everything else was excellant and for the price you can't beet it."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, welcoming, and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The pool was warm (which we loved!), and the grounds were beautifully maintained. Our room was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One detail we especially appreciated was that they provided laundry detergent — such a thoughtful touch that made traveling so much easier. Overall, it was a relaxing, stress-free stay, and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel was clean and in a safe area. Pool was a key feature as it was heated and a decent size. Breakfast not included in rate but avail for $18. Room was quiet and updated. We had an issue with the bed fitted sheets coming off which we reported on day one. Same thing happened on days 2 and 3. Seems the fitted sheets are not king sized. "

"It’s a Motel. However, after visiting other facilities (I would NOT call them “resorts”), this seems somewhat ordinary. Think, 1970’s island resort with 10-20yrs of upgrades. It’s still a Motel, most are on the island. Nothing fancy, quiet and small. The island is very natural, so not expect beauty or well maintained properties. It’s the natural look and that’s what they are going for….If you’re looking for a true resort, choose another island or stay on the mainland. Rooms were updated and clean. "
