The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed – a full kitchen, washing machine, kitchen utensils and even little treats waiting for us upon arrival. The location is excellent – close to everything but quiet and cozy. The staff was kind, available for any questions and gave a real sense of caring and wholehearted service. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. "I had an extended stay (8 nights), and the staff was mostly excellent, but there were a few issues with the room tablets, getting coffee at breakfast was oddly difficult, and there was one request to use the outdoor patio at night that was denied for no apparent reason except the staff seemed like they preferred to go home rather than help"
