"Breakfast consisted of coffee and a few prepackaged mini muffins. No milk or cream for the coffee just two pump flavor creamers. The chair in the room was worn, torn and dirty! The microwave scorched inside. The chair looked like it was from the dump! Had to complain repeatedly after getting the excuse “Sorry that’s one of our rooms we need to renovate and there’s nothing we can do since we’re all booked!” Hours later after going to dinner and asking to speak to the manager (who never called) and we got a replacement chair from what looked like the lobby! There were numerous people sleeping in cars in the parking lot without parking cards, even though it was mandatory to display one. They also refused to move us to another room “as they were all booked up” at 3pm when checking in started and there were still people arriving at 6pm! I truly believe booking through Expedia means “Worst rooms & We really don’t care since you didn’t pay us!” Horrid stay!"

"We recently stayed here for a weekend visit and had a generally positive experience. While there are a few areas currently undergoing transitions, the hotel served its purpose well and offered a solid stay for the price point. ​ ​The rooms and some of the amenities felt a bit dated, but everything was functional and clean. It’s clear the hotel is working on improvements, as parts of the building appeared to be under construction. This led to a unique setup for the gym, which was located in a hallway area, and unfortunately, the guest laundry was unavailable during our stay. However, given the competitive rates, these minor inconveniences didn't detract much from the overall value. ​ ​The breakfast was a highlight and provided a great start to our mornings. The spread included: ​Scrambled eggs and sausage links ​A "make-your-own" waffle station ​Various continental items (pastries, cereal, etc.) ​Regarding the staff, the atmosphere was somewhat transactional rather than warm. We noticed that when we spoke or said "good morning," we didn't typically get a verbal reply. That being said, they were perfectly professional when it came to our specific needs—they replied to and fulfilled our requests promptly, so we had no actual service issues. ​ ​If you are looking for a functional, well-priced spot for a quick trip, this is a good choice. Despite the construction and the quiet staff, it was a good stay for our weekend visit and worth the cost."

"This was my second stay with the hotel and once again I had an absolutely wonderful time. I loved my room which had a view of the mountainous background, the staff was so friendly and helpful, a gentleman was even able to get me into my room an hour earlier than my expected check in time. They even have a small nook in the main lobby for snacks, drinks and other necessities available for purchase anytime during your stay. Anytime I stay at Bedford, this will definitely remain my go to hotel pick."

"Toilet was full of rust when arrived. Looked like dirty water and it smelled. Poor amenities. Overall not worth the money. Hiltons are better. Sorry. Bistro too expensive food is mediocre "
