"We have stayed here 3 times now, and each time it has been top marks. The hotel is close to everything that you need, but still far away from all the crowds of the square. Our room was immaculate, and the turn down service an added bonus. The front desk is the best part of the hotel- friendly and helpful. Lastly, be sure to take advantage of their breakfast- you’ll thank me later!"

"Great location, friendly staff, breakfast is not best in class but decent, hotel has construction going on one side so was noisy. Some facilities like pool are shared with neighboring hotel. No air conditioning, but was cool enough at noise with all windows open."

"we had a very nice large room on the top floor with amazing views of the Matterhorn. The pool was very nice and had special jets that helped ease our muscles after a long day of hiking. The hotel was just far enough off the main strip we didn’t hear the all the noise of any late night activities but still close enough we could walk to all shops and restaurants. If we ever make it back to Switzerland we will be looking to stay here again. "
