Room was nice, checkin process was smooth but we had no hot water in our room for shower. We were asked to use another room for shower instead of moving us in a different room to resolve the issue. It was an odd experience.

Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Anlage sehr gut gestaltet. Internationale Küche. Sonderwünsche beim Frühstück stets erfüllt. Lobby sehr großzügig mit täglicher Abendunterhaltung.Hotel erfüllt internationale Standards. Diezimmer sind groß, sehr modern und sauber.

I won’t recommend this property to anyone as staying here will have more problem and won ’t be able to enjoy their time. It is not at all well maintained, AC doesn’t work, wifi has no signal, Bathrooms flush didn’t work, water all over the place in the property .
