Henriettenhof Trip

Perfect location on 39th Street ~ far enough away from the Times Śquare noise but close enough to get there to see it all. Close to Subway as well. The staff at the hotel were so kind and friendly. The room was very clean and decent sized~ perfect for what we truly needed, which was a good night rest after days of walking. The beds were firm and the pillows were wonderful! The hotel lobby was so warm and inviting and all decorated for Halloween! The best part was the breakfast! The variety of foods was fantastic! Never did we have to worry about where to eat in the morning! It made the start of every day so easy knowing a full meal was waiting for us! Thank you Holiday Inn Express Times Square for helping to make our trip to New York so great!

Great staff, location, hotel

The room was impeccably clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lighting in the room was poor and the bed was not very comfortable. It is a very small space and there was construction (loud) going on each day. Parking was blocks away and I was overcharged.

It was definitely not quiet. Honking of horns and street noise could be heard from 15th floor. Room was adequate and clean. Requested adapter from front desk as usb and adapter not working in room. Never received nor no follow up. Stay was okay. No major complaints.

The Rooms a Little Small but very nice and cozy
