"入住時櫃台告知飯店還有部分設施還沒開放, 一樓與電梯有工程痕跡, 原本有點害怕, 但還好工作人員很親切, 盡力解決我們的需求, 房間很乾淨很舒適, 空間比想像中還要大, 電視也可以連串流影音。以這個價位來說還不錯~期待之後設施開放再來住!! "

"Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail. Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. Since I am cycling, I wasn't going to launch myself into the Taiwanese hills, after a day of cycling."

"This was a gem in the forest. After the Uber driver dead-ended in a dirt parking area surrounded by a dense bamboo trees we had our doubts we were in the right place. A very short correction we were at a gate to a very nice roomy parking area and a nice new looking building with a very pleasant entry. From the start we were blown away by how nice this 68 room hotel was. Nestled at the entry to a park with pretty views of the city and mountain hiking trails. It was modern roomy and very clean....

The staff are very kind and helpful, they shared pamphlets upon arrival and always checked in to ensure we had what we needed. "
