"The elevators were the main issue during our 2 night stay. When we arrived only one of the 2 elevators was working. Long waits and we even got briefly trapped for 15 seconds when the elevator stopped suddenly. Then the worst thing happened, the day of our departure no working elevators and we had to carry all of our luggage plus a very heavy cooler down from the 5th floor. Not a good way to end our stay, I was pissed but refrained from complaining to front desk as this was not their fault. If they fix the elevators, it will be a nice hotel."
