"Hotel was great, the bar/buffet, pool and outside patio are very nice. Only complaint is the lighting inside the rooms, they do have several lamps buy for some reason the room is still dark."

"Staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. The elevators are currently down but that resulted in a lowered deposit, and they even had a staff member bring my luggage up for me. Nice room that served the purpose I booked for. Close to the airport and my two jobs so it was very convenient. My one complaint is that when I checked in some toiletries like the hand soap and body wash were not filled, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall satisfying stay!"

"You asked about my stay and cleanliness so I say this. The first room we were given appeared to have fleas in the carpet. This could have been helped perhaps by vacuuming the carpet. My experience was that my legs and feet were being bitten by something the minute I walked into the room. My husband complained and we were moved to another room. The biting and scratching stopped after we were moved moved to another room. "

My husband and I have stayed here for years when he visits the BA, a short distance down the street. I feel comfortable here while he is in the hospital, and always have. Great place to stay!"
