A guest dropped a serving spoon on the floor, picked it up and started to use it to serve the eggs. The staff member immediately interceded and replaced the utensil. Our room was huge and the 2 king beds were very comfortable. Location was also very convenient to restaurants, a Walmart and a mile from downtown Blue Ridge. Highly recommend stopping in the quaint little town full of shops and restaurants. "

"The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten "
