The rooms were too DARK, very disappointed.

This was my second time staying here, and I was very happy this time. The young lady working the check in desk was very friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the hotel staff I interacted with. The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel is in a great location, near the train station, many restaurants and shops, and only a few minutes walk to the lake. I would stay here again.

Clean rooms and common areas
Our room for 3 adults 3 nights spacious and comfortable
They clean and change towels every day
Free coffee machine in all floors
Decent breakfast
Fondue restaurant next door a Must try!

Great location. Lovely food. But very small rooms. Beds moved all the time and was quite noisy to sleep in. Limited amenities. Staff was exceptional and super helpful. They do try to downgrade us form what we paid for so make sure you check!
