Rude front desk clerk. They still havent return my deposit. They were suppose to only hold $50.. They actually are holding $165. I tried to get explanation. Front desk said it was Authorization for the room. And he was rude. Exact words were.. " do you think the room is free ?!" Terrible.

Even though it was a smoking room (by mistake), it didn’t smell clean and fresh. Bed linen reeked of smoke smell as if it has not been cleaned in weeks. Wall lamps we’re without bulbs until we called the front desk and bulbs were brought to the room in a matter of minutes. Room was still dark and dreary even once the bulbs were put into the lamps.
