Super Accommodations!
Walking distance from grocer, rail to downtown, and underground parking made the location VERY convenient. The place was sparkling clean with many amenities and conveniences, including coffee maker with coffee. We had a great stay! The only thing we missed out on was the sauna, because it wasn't heated on the nights we were there.

Bad air, super hot inside
We arrived there at 10 pm and used the code sent to my email to open the key box. No keys inside. Had to call service number and listened to the waiting music for 10 mins until someone picked up. Luckily the problem got solved. The air inside the apartment is unbelivably bad. We requested to get windows open, but they only provided a small fan. Temperature was above 30 when we stayed.

The property was not ready when we arrived and had not been cleaned nor had the beds been made. We alerted management and they quickly came up and rectified the situation. However there was no real air-conditioning in the unit and it was quite hot and we were unable to open the windows which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. There’s little to do in the local area and you’ll have to take a close by train into Helsinki or other areas to find reasonable food, entertainment and sightseeing.

Convenient location, good value, modern apartment
Brilliant location right by a train station- 15 mins to central Helsinki, 30 mins to the airport, and a 24hr supermarket next to the station. Apartment was clean and comfortable, modern decor plus a dishwasher and washing machine. Three of us fitted in fine. On the negative side, I was too warm- we couldn’t make it cool enough and it wasn’t stupidly hot out. The windows didn’t open either, so the air was quite drying. ‘Reception’ is a key code for the door, and a combination code for a key box, so no physical service, but it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely stay here again, without hesitation.

Should have some lights out front especially for the evening. Peepholes in the doors would be goodl Hanger on the back of the washroom door. More towels for longer staying guests. Other than these minor things it was great. Would highly recommend this property.

Nice apartment in quiet neighbourhood. Had car so its a good place to stay if you have a car. Little tricky to check in, specially late at night and in heave snow as there is no reception. But it worked out in the end. Just note if you use the garage, turn left into the spot there as soon as you get in, don't go all the way down, then you end up in wrong building :)

Property was clean, neat, quiet, and comfortable. The wifi was good, the heat was good, the TV didn't work. I like how the heat came into the bathroom from the floor, this was really nice, nice shower, large with hot water. It was self check in, key card for the apartment front door and code for the door into the building. The beds leaves a little to be desired, there were two message tables like platforms the size was just short of a standard twin size bed, about the 2/3rd the size of a twin size bed, perhaps a little more, these had a sleeping mat on them; now you would have had to push them together to make it a full bed or sleep on them individually. I did neither, there is also a convertible fulton; which is where I slept; it opens out to a full size bed, adding the sheet over it helps to not notice the division in the middle. This was super comfortable,firm and sturdy. I used the comforter provided for the sofa bed.I especially like the combination cook top, oven and dishwasher; I did not use the dishwasher but it was a cool multi use item. I like how there were blackout curtains and blinds. The area was 100% walkability, plenty of public transportation that stops right in front of the door, the grocery store not more that a block away, pharmacy about 3-4 doors down, and a variety of restaurants in walking distance;none with their native food. The shopping mall is about a mile away in walking distance, it also have a hugh grocery store and of course many other items.

Clean, comfortable and convenient
No room service during my 5 night stay (I wasn’t sure and had to tidy up the room and lock my valuables in my suitcase every day. Otherwise it was a fantastic place very close to the train station direct to the airport and the city centre. With the fantastic app by local transportation authority, you have no problem taking buses and trams anywhere you go. It was also very convenient to receive a entry number with instruction by email instead of collecting a key at an office, especially as my arrival was midnight. Highly recommended.

Still under construction/poor check in
Majority of rooms are still being renovated. Lots of construction going on in hall way. We never got a check in email and were stuck outside in the freezing cold for over 45 mins with an infant and toddler. Calling the hotel the phone number went straight to voicemail. Finally after contacting hotels.com someone was able to reach them and give me the code to enter.

Our residents are always able to access our apartment hotel with a code. Our resident service is available daily between 08:00-22:00 over the phone and email. I am sorry you weren't able to reach us, this is very unusual during our service hours and is unacceptable. All of our apartments are now fully furnished and decorated. Some freshing up of public areas will be done during the days now in October and signage will be added in order to ease the navigation. Great to hear that your apartment was functional as well as cozy, the bed linen were soft and good quality and the apartment's sound proofing was good, which guarantees a batter sleep for our guest. Our deepest apologies if the apartment was too warm during the exceptional Finnish summer's hot days and if you had any difficulties with your self-arrival with a code. We offer a machine air ventilation, a cooler and a high air conditioning device in the apartment for the guest to adjust. We recommend that the blackout curtains and venetian blinds would be closed, so that the apartment does not heat up. Our 24/7 reachable host service is available by phone 24/7 and our lovely hosts are happy to help our guests. The host service answers also to emails and WhatsApp messages quickly. Our host service phone answer is quite quick,but in the night time an on duty company answers our host service phone calls one by one from the phone line and our apologies if there was an exceptional rush hour on the phone service. I hope that this did not cause any inconvenience for you. I hope that you enjoyed your stay overall and that you had a wonderful trip in Helsinki. Welcome back again any time!

Siisti Hiisi
Todella siisti pelkistetty huoneisto, jossa toimiva keittiö. Kylpyhuone oli mukava, lattialämmityksestä plussaa. Sänkyihin oli panostettu myös. Erinomainen sijainti, rautatieasemalle noin 200 m, juna keskustaan alle 10 minuuttia. Iso ostoskeskus noin kilometrin päässä. Asunnossa oli hieman viileää, ehkä kaukolämpö ei ollut vielä kytketty. Automme oli talon lämpimässä tallissa, jossa oli hyvin tilaa. Ajo sinne vaatii tarkkuutta, yksi jyrkkä kulma, josta esim. isompi katumaasturi ei taitu. Kokonaisuutena erinomainen.

Ihana kuulla, että kokonaisuus oli erinomainen, tilapäiskotisi oli toimiva, viihtyisä ja siisti, lattialämmitys ja autopaikka hallissa oli mukava plussa ja sijainti oli sinulle juuri sopiva. Autohalliin ajo vaatii tosiaan kieli keskellä suuta tarkkaa ajoa ja tästä olemme maininneet asukkaalle saapumisohjeessamme. Tarjoamme lisäksi myös ulko autopaikkoja eli asukas saa valita hänelle sopivimman vaihtoehdon. Pahoittelut jos huoneistossa oli hieman viileää. Normaali huoneisto lämpötila on noin 20-22 C ja huoneiston lämmitys on automaattista ulkolämpötilan mukaan. Huoneistosta löytyy lattialämmitys, jota asukas voi säätää tarpeen mukaan. 24/7 tavoitettavissa oleva asukaspalvelu auttaa asukkaita mielellään jo asukas tarvitsee apua ja pyrkimyksemme on auttaa asukasta samantien asumisen aikana, jotta voimme varmistaa helpon ja rennon, kotoisan asustelun asukkaalle. Lämpimästi tervetuloa uudemman kerran!
