Aluksi en oikein tajunnut, miten taloon pääsee sisälle. Onneksi toinen asiakas päästi. Hissi mielestäni ei toiminut toivotulla tavalla joka kerta. Monet kerrat yöpyneenä on harmillista todeta, että paikan taso on laskenut dramaattisesti. Huoneet eivät ole olleet kunnossa, ei tule lämmintä vettä tai pyyhkeet puuttuvat. Hotellista oli ilmanvaihto pois päältä ja huoneissa +30’C lämmintä. Asiakaspalvelua ei tunnu kiinnostavan. Kiitos ja kuitti.
