"Check in was quick and easy and the person who checked us in was great and offered to help us find things to do. Room was very clean and comfortable and I slept very well each night. Upon check out it transpired we had been allocated a different room in their system and charged for a breakfast package we didn’t have, but the person who checked us out was able to resolve it easily and without issue. "Staff are fabulous and friendly, clean rooms and great linens/towels. Great location that is near the buses and trains, as well as all the downtown & seawall fun. Only small comment - the iron in the room was very old, no steam/water function, basically useless. Could be a nice upgrade touch for next time."
