"Beautiful historic hotel with a unique atmosphere. I keep coming back because it feels both elegant and relaxed at the same time. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the restaurant and bar are among the best in Helsingborg. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the waterfront. Looking forward to my next stay already."

"Clean hotel and very modern. Rooms extremely small with almost no storage options so you could not really unpack anything. Restaurant had ok food but Service was poor. Sunday restaurant and bar was closed which we found odd and inconvenient. Of all Scandic hotels we have stayed at this is our least favorite. 12th floor relaxation room was beautiful and best feature."

"The property is nice and spacious. The rooms are comfortable. Two upgrades would help greatly. Currently guests who may have heavy baggage with them due to the length/duration of their stay have to lift/haul it up the stairs in multiple places which is highly inconvenient. Constructing ramps in appropriate locations should be a relatively simple but highly value-added convenience to provide for guests. Also upgrading electrical outlets to contain USB A and USB C charging outlets for electronic devices alongside the normal power outlets would be really helpful."
