"We enjoyed our two nights at this very well centered hotel in Copenhagen. The rooms are large, staff is nice and always willing to help. Casino and restaurants are also available for your leisure . We are happy with this property and hospitality. "

"Bar seating doesn't serve food only peanuts. Even though the bar is next to the restaurant. They don't have takeout bags, so you have to make multiple trips if you're ordering drinks and food. Bthey won't help."

"This was very clean and nice place close to the central train station and many good cafes and restaurants in town."

"Check in was quick and easy and the person who checked us in was great and offered to help us find things to do. Room was very clean and comfortable and I slept very well each night. Upon check out it transpired we had been allocated a different room in their system and charged for a breakfast package we didn’t have, but the person who checked us out was able to resolve it easily and without issue. "

"Lovely modern hotel"

"Really comfy beds and pillow, great towels, heated floor in the bathroom. Great shampoos and lotions (she said). Room was a little snug but ok for two. Room overlooked the square and you did get road noise (sirens, buses) as well as noise from bars below but not too bad. The church in the square chimes as well. Room included a kettle and coffee/tea. Fridge very small though, fit about three cans of beer only (oh I left a Carlsberg in ours when we left !). The room was very hot though even with the ac on, it was too noisy to use while sleeping, windows only partly open to help in ventilation. Metro literally just outside, many bars around, McD's over the road, 7/11 and Netto close by. Ideal location for Hop on Hop off bus as well. Didn't get breakfast as felt too expensive (€25 pp). Would stay again."
