"Very clean, modern hotel which is very good value if you don't mind the absence of a wardrobe or the loudish, non-controllable aircon. The location is convenient and the price is low for Utrecht. It's right next to a station and a tram route and 5 minutes walk from the edge of the old town. The sound of the aircon bothered me but my wife didn't notice so I suppose it depends on your tolerance to background noise. It would have been nice to be able to turn it down or off but there are no controls...

We really liked the option to hire bikes directly from the hotel. Small negatives were the loud noises from motorbikes outside the hotel and poor drainage leading to unpleasant smells inside the bathroom during the evening. Overall would recommend to friends or family. "
