Breakfast was wonderful

According to Hotels.com room number 10 has a "garden view" but there is no garden, just an alley with trash-cans ! The breakfast was wonderful - served in the room on the bed, but and there was so much, that we saved some for lunch !

unpersönlich. früstuch sollte für dass zimmer gelegt werden.und wenn mann dann auf das zimmer früstüct nur zwei theelöffel ein stuhl zwei tassen ein wasser kocher dass war alles am geschir ein von beide muss immer dass bett benutzen.für mich ist dass nicht empfelens wirt

Natur und Insel interessant.

Die Insel selbst war sehr interessant, die Fahrt mit der Inselbahn war Lehrreich und gut für alle verständlich vorgetragen, gleiches gilt für den Bunker. Der Service in den Geschäften und Gaststätten ist gut und freundlich, das Hotel Felsen-Eck ist für ältere Leute nicht zu empfehlen, kein Lift vorhanden, kein Service für Gepäck, gesamte Versorgung kann nur ausserhalb des Hotels stattfinden ( Frühstück, Mittagessen u. Abendbrot ).

In dieser Unterkunft hat man alles, was man braucht. Ich hätte mir nur einen Tisch gewünscht, dann wäre es perfekt gewesen. Das ist keine Kritik, sondern ein Tipp.

Ambitioniert

Hotel Felseneck ist, wie viele andere Dependancen auf der Insel ein Rickmers-Hotel. Die Helgoländer Botschaft ist keine offizielle Institution, sondern die Zentrale Rezeption des Momopolisten. Das Hotel ist nach eigenen Angaben. haustierfreundlich. Seeblick gebucht - aber in diesen Zimmern keine Hunde! Den Grund erklärte mir niemand. Verbringung in ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick. Ein umgebauter Lagerraum eines davor liegenden, als Baustelle zu bewundernden Ladenlokals. Im Bad keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Für Erwachsene "plus" nicht geeignet. Mehr als unser Chihuahua passte auch nicht ins Zimmer, alles sauber- Rottweiler? Fehlanzeige. Für den Hund werden pro Nacht gegenleistungsfreie xy Euro aufgerufen. Kein Korb, Decken, Futter,Wasser Kotbeutel und Hundeleine. Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchwechsel muß beantragt werden - in der Helgoländer Botschaft - der Umwelt zuliebe versteht sich. Der Gartenblick offeriert auf Augenhöhe die Sicht auf ein unbepflanztes Grundstück, dessen Schmuck menschliche Hinterlassenschaften und benutzte Reinigungsutensilien sind - Fotodokumentation liegt vor. Unsere Reklamation wurde mit Sondererfolg weitergegeben. Wegen der Promotion in eine niedrige Kategorie wurde mir die Hundegebühr für eine Nacht erlassen. xxx Euro pro Nacht für diese Form der Erlebnishotellerie - das nenne ich ambitioniert.

Die Lage des Hauses ist 1a. Sehr gut zu erreichen, da nahe bei Treppe und Aufzug. Der große Balkon vor unserem Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die Düne und Weitblick ein Genuss. Herr Müntzel in der Botschaft sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wie ich bereits schrieb, die Türen lassen sich nur sehr oeffnen, vor allem im Zimmer9 Der Teppichboden war nicht sauber. Kein Tisch im Zimmer, was auch bei der Größe des Zimmers nicht möglich ist. Löcher in den Sesseln, Zimmer 6 Preis und Zustand der Zimmer stehen in keinem Verhältnis.

Der Ausblick von unserem Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön. Jedoch war das Zimmer sehr runtergekommen und stark abgenutzt. Im Bett waren vereinzelt Haare zu finden. Wir kommen leider nicht mehr wieder und werden uns bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt auf Helgoland für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

Nach den schlechten Bewertungen, die kurz von unserer Anreise erschienen, hatten wir große Angst, was uns erwartet. Als wir aber die Tür öffneten, waren wir positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war schön groß und ordentlich. Der Meerblick war ein absoluter Traum. Ja , man teilt sich den Balkon mit mehreren , aber das hat nicht gestört. Man möchte ja die Insel erkunden und nicht nur vom Balkon aus. Natürlich ist die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gerade hochmodern. Und in die Ecken durfte man auch nicht gerade schauen. Dennoch war alles da was wir brauchten und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt wie wir ihn hatten reichte es absolut.
