"Good sized room for 2 adults and 13 year old on a weekend mini break (Queen Deluxe). Pool was a reason for booking and a decent size but understandably overcrowded on a rainy morning. Robes and slippers needed in bedrooms - having to bring a change of clothes was a nuisance. Bar welcoming for an aperitif or nightcap. Lots of functions so busy but we enjoyed the hustle and bustle. Good central location off Sauciehall St though not especially picturesque!"

"Small but very comfortable room, great bed, flexible breakfast and kind staff. My only issue was the elevator problem. There was only one elevator and it was always slow and crowded. Long waits and often too full to get on so you had to wait even longer. Otherwise, it was a great stay but the elevator was a big issue."
