Best location! Walkable to everything in downtown Helen in a few minutes. Proximity to the Chattahoochee was my favorite part of our stay. The balcony overlooking the river was pleasant and enjoyable even in a rainstorm. We enjoyed watching all the fishermen in their waders. We would definitely stay here again. A bit dated but you can tell from the pictures so that is not a surprise. Our bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were clean and tidy. Great weekend stay!

The staff was able to let us check in an hour early. They were very friendly and made sure everything was good at check in. Great set up on the river. They have benches and swings for the guest along the river. Room was clean with the exception of a crack in the tile that ran the length of the sink. Also the shower frame was dirty. Other than that great place to stay

The room was a little outdated, the bathroom needed to be cleaned better and the door frame was coming apart. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. Located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Also located on the river it has beautiful views.

The hotel was very costly for the type of hotel and the condition of the property. Not sure why, but although, the hotel room we chose was for 4 people, we still got hit with an extra guest fee of $65.

A great time. Just like visiting Germany. Customer support is outstanding, courteous and professional. Very clean facility. Really liked the walk in shower instead of a bathtub.

Great stay for the price and location. Loved being on the river, having close parking and being able to walk anywhere from the hotel. The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating.

It’s an older facility but everything was very clean! Staff was super nice and very helpful! Room was in good shape and was very close to everything in Helen. Very easy walk to everywhere! Would definitely stay here again!
