"l'état général de l'immeuble et de l'appartement est très bon, la vue sur la mer comme indiqué existe mais très éloignée,l'appartement est clair ,confortable,beau balcon,portier 24h/24h,pratique car hypermarché à 200 mètres; par contre n'ayant pas de réception il faut téléphoner 1h avant d'arriver, ce que nous avons fait ,malgré cela nous avons attendu un bon quart d'heure l'arrivée d'une personne pour nous remettre les clefs, celle-ci ne parlant que le polonais il fut impossible d'avoir des...

"Nice and family friendly, very central situated. Many shops and restaurants nearby, plus a trainstation and buses for public transportation. Very secure car park, behind closed gates. Great internet connection."

There is a well stocked small shop on the edge of the complex, as well a small cafe that does great breakfasts! "The apartment has a prime location in the Yacht Club. I would say the most upscale area in Gdynia. The whole block is at the final stage of construction and the potential is huge. The balcony is spacious and the view is just stunning. One can tell that this is an apartment designed for rentals and rentals only. Small details such as towel hangers, shelves etc are missing in the bathroom. But the overall look of the apartment is modern and nice."
