The proximity to the airport, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky (CVG) is excellent. The ability to stay here the night before and leave your car for the duration of your trip makes this hotel the place to stay.
This was a wonderful place to stay! My mom said many times during our trip that this is the nicest Holiday Inn she has ever stayed in. The hotel was beautiful, inside and out. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and were extremely accommodating.
It was a place to stay. The room didn’t look much like the pictures. Everything was a lot more worn down and not as clean as portrayed online. It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport on their free shuttle service, but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay more than one night. Experience is reflected in the price.
Pool area Covered in black mold. No microwave in room. Beds hard as a rock. Stay somewhere else and get a free continental breakfast instead of paying for this one.
Parts under construction, no hot tub as listed, not a lot of food options but kids enjoyed the pool and easy to get to the airport. Staff was nice and let us take some breakfast items for the kids since we had to leave so early.
Our first room had an apple core and a pill on the floor. Then, our second room had a bottle cap on the floor. The pool had a layer of black mold around it just above the water line. The steam room and hot tub were both boarded up. Kinda of a shame because it looked like the hotel was really nice years ago.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Roach was found on bathroom towel. Toilet was hard to flush. Toilet seat looked like they borrowed it from someone. lol… Took 10 minutes for water in bathroom sink to get warm. Shower head was janky. T.V. was hard to navigate. No complimentary breakfast. Employee at check in was rude and not helpful. I will not stay here again, ever ever. Very disappointing! And I usually stay at Holiday Inn.
The facility is dated (90s decor maybe), but it looked like they had started some renovations. Otherwise it seemed clean.
There is a restaurant but it was closed the whole time despite being told at check in it would be open for dinner. I had to check our very early in the morning around 6:30 am and the restaurant was not open at that time either. The only dining otherwise nearby is at a gas station. So it is not ideal if you don't have transportation to venture out from the hotel and you want something to eat.
The mattress on the bed was really bad and made sleeping difficult. I woke up several times through the night from back pain.

Poor lighting in room. Too short shower curtain. Very slippery floor in handicapped shower. Easy chair and nightstands showed extreme age. They would not have been bought in a rummage sale.
Our unexpected needs were met by the CVS vending machine. The food for breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. They provided a shower chair for us. Only wish we had brought our bathing suits. Thank you.
I’ve stayed there many times when traveling out of Cincinnati. The shuttle to the airport and the parking at the hotel works out great for me. Highly recommend.

Staff were helpful, property would benefit from a bit of refurbishment.
