"The staff member who checked us in held us hostage for an additional $75 fee after we had already paid $181 for the room ahead of time. He was rude and told me to pay it or leave and he wouldn't refund me for the room if I left. The AC in the room did not work at all. Finally after trying for hours to get it to work it kicked on about 5am. The staff checking us in ruined the entire experience. I'll never stay BW again.
Kids were staying there after their prom and were up all night drinking and being loud."
