"I stayed in baymont in Dothan for 2 nights and I was pleasantly surprised with the new rooms and the cleanliness of the entire hotel breakfast was good and the staff were courteous and very helpful."

"We arrived on Friday about 3pm, book in was ok we were informed our room was on 2nd floor but the one elevator was out of order, I advised the receptionist that I had recently had a knee replacement and could she find me a room on the 1st floor, she informed me that they were fully booked., NO help was provided to take our luggage to our room. I noticed that there was no sign of an engineer nor the next 2 days of our stay - Bad management. There was no water/coffee available after breakfast had finished. Very disappointing for a quality hotel. On the bright side our room was excellent. I advised the receptionist that 8 weeks previous i had had a knee replacemdent "

"Staff was friendly and professional. Facility seemed clean. Parking is convenient. Didn't use the kitchen. The soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers are helpful. A lotion dispenser would be a nice feature to have next to the sink in the bathroom."

"Location was perfect for our needs. Room had some damage that I brought up with manager, notated so we have no liability. We would use this Location again in the future. Complimentary breakfast was extraordinary. Large quantity parking area."
