"Location of the property was good. Apartment was clean with good amenities. Unfortunately, the property requires a lot of upgrades and ongoing maintenance. The pool was missing tiles, grass wasnt mowed, spa didnt work and our balcony gutter was leaking so badly that we couldnt sit on the balcony to enjoy the view that we paid for. "
