"The facility was excellent. Tge only thing that was needed is a vacuum cleaner in the apartment. We were there with 4 small children. Children make messes. Other than that, great place to stay. We will be back."

"This is a time share property. When we checked in, we were made to go to another desk to, "get the keys." Well, surprise, surprise, this was when we met with the "concierge" who was signing us up for a 90 minute meeting for 9 am the next day to learn all about Club Wyndham. We said no multiple times and that was just not acceptable. We only finally got away when I told them we'd go and when they tried to make me sign something saying I'd go, I refused. We had to change rooms on day two because our first room was on the 2nd floor and the floor above us was so squeaky we were all awake at 6 am when the people above us woke up. We also discovered there weren't any pots/pans in the kitchen. The second room was better because we were on the 3rd floor. There aren't elevators so prepare for the squeaky ceilings if you're unable to go up stairs.
The property is beautiful and there are a lot of things to do on property. The putt putt course is great and a full 18 holes. I liked that towels were available at the activities center desk and were a decent size for the pool. There are a lot of pools but I wish the hot tub had less kids in it so it was actually possible to get in it. My oldest and my husband loved the giant chess game.
We won't go back because of the aggressive attempt to get us to buy into their property but it was a nice place overall. "

"Me and my family really enjoyed our stay, we had a lot of together and enjoyed the activities that were there. I wish the fishing experience could have been better, we just had a fishing rod and nothing else. And the inside pool area was always over packed, so some days we didn’t go. But other than that the staff was wonderful, anything we needed all I had to do was text them and let them know. I wish the restaurant would have been open and the bar . We love it over all , the 3 story suite was great. it was a lot of space and we needed that. We will go back again."
