"Would have been great if the housekeeping staff hadn't pounded on the door at 8am. We arrived very late at 2am and their early morning wakeup ruined our much needed sleep. There also wasn't any soap and dirty towels left in the room. Won't stay here again bc of these issues. Unfortunate because everything else was fine."

"Decent hotel in a great location. I didn’t feel it should have had the rating that Hotel.com gave it ( which was an Excellent over 9 rating. I would give it more like an 8.5. But it was pretty nice just a little beat up on things like doors etc. and check in was at 4 pm and so generally that would make check out at noon but it was 11:00 am. Overall decent hotel for the price. ( Taxes are very high though and they even charged a $10 property tax."

"Not easy to enter from the east on Sullivan. We were checking in and the incidental fee upfront we were not expecting, normally motels ask for your card to pay for incidentals after your stay. The room amenties could use some TLC like the coffee maker was missing it's brewing basket, the dresser was missing a drawer, just little things that made the room and bathroom look like it wasn't taken care of well. Parking area was fine, Full Breakfast was good and I am glad the beds were not like sleeping on a soft rock and got two pillows per person. Convenient to food and shopping though."
