"I found the pool to be very dirty, when we arrived on Saturday afternoon the stairwell smelt like urine. "Wonderful hotel and location. Nice and clean. All the staff were friendly. The lobby is a nice cozy spot where families were gathering in the evenings. "The drain in the bathtub was completely clogged. As in the following morning the water from my shower was still there. Normally, it takes some time for a clog to get this bad unless you shove a rat into the drain. Is it possible that i was the first person to signal this to the staff??"
