"We stayed two nights and really enjoyed our stay. Maria and Tony are fabulous hosts, lovely property with spectacular views. Great breakfast, enjoyed chatting to the other guests over breakfast, we would highly recommend this property to others and would stay here again when in Napier. "

"The property is set in a very quiet and peaceful location with beautiful gardens. The owner clearly spends time and effort on the grounds however, we were disappointed by the lack of privacy in our room, it being directly adjacent to the breakfast room with all the accompanying intrusive noise.We were warned the previous evening by the proprietor that this was likely altho we did not realise it would be quite so loud.
