"My booking here was made literally last minute. And the receptionist greeted me so warm and even listened to my problem I had earlier. She was so helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else from now on in Napier but there. The room was warm and cosy, heaps of space and the amenities were great. I wish I could’ve stayed another night.
