"They just renovated the entire inside of the hotel, so the rooms and bathrooms are clean, comfortable, and I loved the way they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in big bottles, instead of those tiny containers. "

"Stayed before my moms surgery and it was a very clean place. Staff was friendly. "

"The elevator did not work and one of our outlets in the room did not work. The air/heat unit was loud. We did not have a do not disturb placket on our door or the extra lock feature was missing. Beds seemed more like full size than queen. The staff was excellent though and when we requested extra towels they came right away and offered to take our dirty ones right then. The area where we had breakfast was also very small and hard to access food as prep area door was open and blocking part of fridge and food area. If you have several people in there to eat you will have a line and be in the way of people moving around to get things."

"Chose to stay here again after staying here earlier this year. Chose is over several other cheaper closer options and don’t regret it. Sam was amazing last time just being himself very kind and wholesome and making sure we had a truly quality stay at the hotel. This time as well same as last time. All the staff is wonderful but Sam’s customer service skills and kindness really truly shine. We plan to visit holiday world again next year and I wouldn’t even think about staying somewhere else. The rooms are clean. The staff is wonderful. The location is safe and out of the way of the public and traffic but it’s still very easy to get there. They serve fresh breakfast hotel style. Eggs, sausage, waffles etc. also a gym and pool on the grounds. Really truly Harry Sam and the rest of the staff make sure to put the “QUALITY” in quality inn"
