"First time staying here and I loved it! The staff I interacted with were super friendly. Everyone greeted you. It’s a little tricky to find but the parking garage is super convenient. It was so simple to run out to my car because the hotel was attached. The room was clean and the kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking. Will definitely book here again when I need another getaway!"

"I had an amazing stay and the staff was very helpful and attentive and the service was great, and the hotel room clean. But the pool wasnt open and the washer went out on me like mid cycle. But besides those two things my stay was really great."

"Accidentally booked 2 rooms a couple hours before showing up, and they made me pay for 2 rooms. Simple accident, but all sales are final, so travel insurance is a waste of money and a scam. The chairs were filthy like some kind of substance was dumped on them. The carpet looked like someone walked through with greasy boots. The bathroom sink was completely clogged and couldn’t drain. The bathroom walls had splatter from the toilet. The ceilings looked like it had mold growing on it. Would not stay here. Last but not least, the room above me sounded like they were running a paper mill. I don’t know what it was, but it was so loud I couldn’t hardly sleep. I stayed at the Hampton next door in the past, and that’s where I’ll be going in the future."
