"Great room and helpful staff"

"Extremely friendly staff (even by German standards), nothing was a problem. Very convenient location for the HBF (main station) - it is directly opposite, however this also means that it is rather noisy at night and attracts all kinds of lowlife. "

"Very smooth stay with no problems, staff keen to help and when asked to do something they obliged. All I really needed was a bed and breakfast for three nights and this hotel ticked all the boxes."

"Nice location, a bit behind the main boulevard, I had a room with view on the garden. Very relaxing to see the squirrels living their life. Good design, nice clean room. "

"The location is a rough neighborhood, next to the central train & bus station. There are a lot of street people around, and a lot of car and bus traffic. The windows (5th floor) were locked closed. It had no frills at all, but it was clean enough. It's a budget option, but adequate."
