Dear Anonymous, I find it offensive to define the deceptive images of our villas. Instead of hiding behind a fake comment, it would have been more welcome to have a constructive comment and a personal opinion of it. The swimming pool is not dirty, it has maintenance every day and the rooms of the villa you have booked have a satellite TV, so I would like to understand where the deception is. The only deception that I see in this review is its wanting to hide behind anonymity because in the structure we have not received any criticism or complaints.

I am very sorry for what happened at the entrance of the residence although I have no excuse in any way I would like to explain that our villas are inside a building complex where the entrance staff and the guards are not directly managed by us and I agree with you that education is the basis of a right way to face any situation, especially in such a situation. Thanks to her, however, I have complained about what happened in order to improve the professionalism that for us who manage our villas is so important because we believe in our work and we regret that in some way we can be confused with a management that does not it belongs.
