We are really very happy with Mr.Jack for we have been able from the very beginning to communicate openly and straighforward. We understantood very easily and were able to collaborate alongside every town he visited in the Island. We provided best accomodation and prices all along and he agreed the people value were super.

El Senor no le gusto subir la escalera y no le gusto el dormitorio. La habitacion no ha cambiado ni los servicios o trato que ofrecemos a nuestros queridos huespedes. Supongo que es una situacion sugestiva reflejada y proyectada sobre nuestro humilde hostal. Acertamos su evaluacion y lo respetamos por su decision. Siempre hay personas que actuan de forma muy personal y sin comunicacion entre nosotros es dificil precisar la razon del malestar.

Together we find solution to those things he was interested into and we facilitate to the best interest of his every single details he needed. Le pedimos mil disculpas a este huespede por haberlo situado en otro cuarto y no el que el habia reservado. El cuarto reservado estaba en reparacion y por eso se utilizo otro con otras caracteristicas. Pero el uso del wifi y las demas comodidades estaban garantizadas. Se le explico la razon del cambio temporal de la habitacion. Sentimos haberle causado esta inquietud. Ya la habitacion esta restaurada en su forma original.

Yes, It is true that when Mr.Bruno arrived to this hostel,He had booked a bedroom.This bedroom was not available because the guest who booked ahead of him had a terrible economic situation. He was pickpocket in a disco and lost all his credit cards and cash. Unable to depart to his next destine. He pleaded with me to allow his relative to send money to him and square up his situation.I decided not to put him on the street. Mr. Bruno, Slept in my bedroom together with his Cuban girlfriend and next day I organized a taxi for him to Viazul Bus Station since he was heading toward Varadero. I apologize with Mr. Bruno for not getting his booked bedroom but I did not let him nor his girlfriend without a nice accomodation. Mr.Bruno, I would have appreciate very much if you would have voice your complain to me. In that case, I would have moved the other guest into mine bedroom and you would have being happier. I recognized my fault and I apologize to you. We did prepare a healthy breadfast and Lunch before departing to Varadero.. I am sincerely sorry for this undesireble shortcoming.
