Where do I begin??? This is NOT a hotel. It should be rated as an upper-end HOSTEL. Pay for the Television power cord to use the TV??? Really??? The property was okay. After check out they didn’t respond to my email about returning my security deposit, and the transaction still shows as pending in my account. Not sure when or if they will respond.
