First time staying here. Usual Hotel no vacancies. Glad I chose this location more spacious good for work good buffet breakfast quiet clean check in a little fraught due to lateness of arrival and poor info from hotels.com with electronic access but staff in morning were friendly and apologetic about difficulties. Aircon was a big plus over usual hotel at previous visits. Would definitely use again.

Everything was great wonderful hotel great breakfast

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Very polite staff. Super cool spa with saunas and pool. Breakfast was extremely delicious. The yard was very nicely decorated. Hotel for all generations.

Very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. We swam in the lake on both days and walked round the lake which was very beautiful.

Arrived super late - past midnight, but auto check in and key issue was perfect. Same on check out - didn’t see a person, but just auto checked out. Room was compact, but super clean and comfortable

We move to this hotel after having a horrid experience at arte Hotel Linz. We arrive at 1am and the receptionist was amazing - very helpful, understanding. The hotel has a great breakfast, clean room, staff is unhelievably helpful! I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you. The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK.

I stayed at the Hyperion during a last minute trip to Salzburg. The hotel is beautiful and the staff amazingly attentive. It is in a brilliant location- across the road from Mirabell palace and gardens and approximately a 10 minute stroll through the gardens and over the footbridge to reach the old town. Ulrike, who manages Front of House, was absolutely superb. She provided one of the best welcomes I have enjoyed in a hotel for a long time.

A lovely old building (1429!) stacked with history. Great location and the staff were all really friendly and happy to share their knowledge about the town. Would highly recommend.

Red roses,champagne,duvet folded in shape of heart with rose petals arranged around it...unexpected for our wedding anniversary. View from our window was of river, castle, and old town. Perfect room in everyway. All the staff were friendly and helpful in everyway. Could not fault hotel in anyway. Best hotel we have ever stayed in on our travels over the years

Excellent hotel with a warm atmosphere. You can really feel that this is a hotel run by a family who are passionate in what they do. The room was very clean, it’s in a great location and the staff went above and beyond to help us. In fact, we have found all Austrians to be incredibly hospitable. I would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay in beautiful Salzburg.

We love this hotel for many reasons: location is perfect, the warmth and kindness and helpfulness of the staff, the size of the rooms and bathroom, wonderful extra touches, fantastic restaurant. It is the embodiment of old world, elegant charm.
