A beautiful and tranquil part of the country. The hospitality was superb and nothing was too much trouble. A delightful find and one we will not forget.

The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and luxurious. We had a great time and would recommend.

Very well recently restored chateau with lovely, quiet bedrooms. Staff were very attentive to our needs. A continental breakfast including eggs of your choice was served in the beautiful dining room. The charcuterie meal was plentiful and included a glass of their wine. Other guests agreed that it would have been nice to have been able to eat a 3 course meal at the chateau instead of having to drive to a local restaurant. We would certainly recommend this experience.

One night only, but it was lovely. Quiet and beautiful. I stayed in the new wing, which was lovely. My room was huge and the bathroom was beautiful. The grounds are pretty and look over the vines. Not sure about the rest of the local area.

I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference. The room was larger than expecting, well furnished. The bathroom was good and the buttons for the shower avoided the usual fear of having to take a degree in plumbing that you usually find with hotel bathrooms. Plenty of parking, the staff were soo lovely, very friendly and helpful, one love lady printed off a list of recommended places for dinner and was extremely helpful. Our room was spotless and the beds very comfortable, everything was to our expectations and more!

This is our second time staying here, can't be happier. Our 2nd time is just as good as the first time if it's not better. The room is perfectly decorated, small but charming. Fantastic location, very quiet but close to the city centre. Fabulous hotel with excellent relaxed service. Superb breakfast focusing on a few really high quality choices. Large comfortable beds. Beautiful location. A little remote for Bordeaux but very convenient for airport.

This is a beautifully elegant hotel. Each room is unique with high quality fittings and products , particularly the quirky but very wearable bathrobes and the Dyson hair dryer. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble

Apartment was very clean and spacious and brilliant location. Staff were extremely helpful too. Definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

Can't really fault this hotel. Reception staff and restaurant /breakfast staff were extremely kind and helpful. Everyone spoke English if you can't speak French as well. Stayed in a deluxe room on the first floor facing the main road. Although there was passing traffic you couldn't hear a thing due to the triple glazing.
