"The Turks and Caicos is beautiful but book with understanding the environment and the cost. Grace Bay isn’t a place to go snorkeling so don’t bother packing mask it that’s the only beach you’ll visit. We didn’t see a single fish in the water. All very crystal clear and turquoise colour. Can’t say the people around the island are very friendly and most of the tourists are American. Most restaurants included tip that was undeserving in the cost and the average dinner cost around $200 USD- yes, that includes 2 drinks with dinner and we didn’t pick cheap places to eat
Our resort the Oasis did everything possible to make our stay feel welcoming and friendly. Every small detail was thought of including little slippers and robes for our room. The resort is beautiful, very lush, reclusive and close to great restaurants
Beach is only couple minutes walk away and is absolutely beautiful and nicer area than other hotels who have beach access
Was very easy to get drinks brought to our chairs on the beach"
"First time staying at Ocean Club West and it won’t be the last. Amazing property. Staff is extremely nice. The beach is beautiful. Great location. Room was beautiful and newly renovated. Turks and Caicos was great in general. Great food. Can’t wait to go back. "
"This trip was probably the best we’ve taken. It was perfect and celebrating my wife’s birthday she is raving about the amenities and personal attention they showed her. I am looking forward to returning soon!"
"The resort was gorgeous. The pools were quiet and peaceful. The beachfront was stunning with ample umbrellas and loungers available for all (wasn't necessary to reserve in advance or wake up before sunrise to "claim your spot"). Plenty of spots available at pool also. The staff was accommodating and kind. We were able to check in 3 hours early with no advance notice. Bicycles were conveniently available. "
"Quiet end of Grace Bay for those looking for a peaceful stretch of beach. Staff, amenities, service, food, rooms were all first rate. The grounds were lovely. Plenty of chaise loungers available. Simply perfect for a relaxing, no hassle vacation. It's lovely. "
"I have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel! Book it! We booked a Suite, 1 Bedroom Island View. It had 2 bathrooms, 2 closets, 2 safes, two tvs, a small kitchen, living room, a nice porch and a king size bed. It was amazing to have such a large space for two of us. In the kitchen we only used the nespresso (so happy they had nespresso!) and fridge but otherwise it has a few pots and basic equipment if you want to cook a very simple meal. The hotel truly thought of everything and didn't skimp on quality! You're given a nice stainless steel bottle to use the water refill stations around the property which was nice to have in the heat and on excursions. It rained while we were there and they supply massive umbrellas to walk around with and when they were running low they refilled them with brand new ones so that there was enough for each guest. The beach was amazing and beautiful and the chairs at the beach and pool are padded and comfortable. We were able to walk right up to get a paddle board and kayak without any wait or reservation. They had lotion sunscreen at the pool available to use. All the staff were so friendly. We ate at a couple restaurants onsite and enjoyed the food. We played pickle ball and outdoor chess. They had bikes but we didn't use them. Its walking distance to thursday fish fry, the grocery store and shopping. We spent an evening at the Ritz nextdoor and were not impressed with service or the property and were happy we were at Seven Star!"
