Check in and service was great. However, after a long day of traveling we just wanted to rest and get some sleep. The room right above us on the 2nd floor had a bunch of kids running around, jumping, bouncinf off the walls like crazy. We had room 105.

The property was well organized and taken cared of with its outside appearance and the courtyard. The parking lot was well maintained and it was not a problem with security.

There was rust on the bathroom wall by the tub, and what appeared to be mold on the ceiling in the shower. There was no batteries in the smoke alarm. The was something covered with what appeared to be toilet paper right beside the smoke alarm. The coffee maker was in the bathroom.

I’m extremely disappointed in my stay here and I would NEVER book here again. The photos are misleading. My room looked NOTHING like the room pictured, and was extremely dated, the carpet was noticeably soiled and needs to be replaced or professionally steam cleaned, rusty lamp fixtures, with soiled lamp shades, missing photos on the wall and cigarette burn holes in the furniture. The air conditioning unit hasn’t been cleaned in years and has a noticeable build up of black mildew and you have people breathing this in. Disgusting. I would give this hotel a 6 not an 8.8. This place is no where near that rating.

After the experience earlier in the evening, the front desk guy was super nice and friendly. I just was not in a great mood at this point. (See my review for heritage inn in picayune) He did his best to cheer me and actually said that they do not acknowledge service animals either. What is wrong with Mississippi?? Hotel was great. Comfy bed. Clean room. Etc.

The hotel was quiet, we could walk to our event. Bathroom was left a little dirty in the sink area which isn’t that big of a deal. Otherwise it was a good night sleep. ACworked great and beds were comfy.

Asked for nonsmoking and was given smoking room, the rooms light shades were filthy. The air condition unit had broken areas on it. The toilet constantly was running Would not recommend

Over the last decade, the property has been updated much and it is showing it's wear and tear. Hallway carpet is worn out, walls are a bit beat up, some gym equipment was out of order. The best part, was the staff. They were friendly, very helpful when I had a problem with my reservations. They always greeting you when you came in and were very gracious.

Check in was fine. Found a roach in the room. No battery in the smoke detector. This was a “noisy” motel. Could hear traffic from highway outside. Could hear water running from upstairs. I had a hard time sleeping while my husband did not. Breakfast was ok. Had to ask for hot water to be refilled and it wasn’t before I left the breakfast area. We didn’t have any issues with any of the facilities.

First, the pictures of the hotel that are listed are definitely outdated pictures. The hotel staff was not rude, but not friendly either. When we got into the room, the floor mat for the shower was dirty, the tub was dirty, the sink in the bathroom kept holding water, the beds were VERY uncomfortable, and there were a few roaches in our room. I was very unhappy with the stay and would have found somewhere else had there been availability anywhere else.

Desperately needs updating, sink didn’t drain shower leaking, thin walls could hear our neighbor snoring all night even with ear plugs. Wanted 100$ in cash as a no smoking deposit that would be returned in 2 weeks and I refused to pay it.

A pleasant stay
We were in town overnight for a dance convention, and this was very nice place and is right across the road from the convention center. The breakfast was a plus as well. Hotel employees were super nice.

Breakfast was a disappointment, they were out of most stuff and didn’t seem to care about replenishing it as more people came to eat. Had no syrup for waffles. No water pressure in the shower.

The property was fine, stayed on a Friday night, everything was clean. Nothing in the vending machine, coke machine worked fine. Tv would come on, however it seemed to maybe be stuck on the wrong input or something because it was scrambled. Phone also didn’t work in the room, it was late and we didn’t ask but hopefully they would have moved us to another room

The room was okay and it was pretty clean. The carpet was old and had tears and dirt spots. The bathroom was clean. The front desk clerks were not very attentive. Some of the breakfast was gone so had to wait for eggs and sausage to be cooked.
