Hatillo 3 Trip

We enjoyed our stay here. Good price. Staff was great. Very easy check in. Good location on outskirts of town but close to town. If you are in to birds there are a LOT here. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and good sized. Plenty of parking. WiFi was fast and easy to connect. The things to make note of, and this is common across most hotels in Costa Rica, is the bathroom situation. You can not flush anything. So be aware of this when visiting. The only thing we found odd and only inconvenience was the shower. It is in the room, not in the bathroom, and has a see thru glass door. This is fine if you are a traveling couple but we were a traveling family. The weather was amazing our whole trip so we just hung out by the pool while someone was using the shower. We will be making a few more trips to the area and will definitely consider staying here again.

Gardens were beautiful, the interior of the rooms were in desperate need for a renovation. The bathroom was disgustingly gross

Loved this property. We had an ocean view room on the 2nd floor in building 3. The property is small and on a steep incline, but has everything you need. They have a small store, a pool with outdoor bar, outdoor restaurant, and walkway to the beach. Walk to beach is about 5 minutes and steep. Wear shoes. Due to the incline the property sits on, golf carts are available to drive you from your room to pool/restaurant, though its only about 20 yards. We walked each time with no problems. Included breakfast offered a great variety of foods and tasted great. All staff, except one parking lot attendant, was exceptional and went above and beyond. Sydney at the restaurant and bar made our stay fantastic! He was the best! View of ocean and mountains from pool and restaurant is beautiful. Monkeys and birds seen multiple times a day.

Nice view of the ocean from our room. We have the condo and it was spacious. Staff was nice to deal with. Long walks to get to town.
