"First time here. Loved the walkability. Room was very clean & comfy. Front desk staff & room service staff were very polite & helpful. Pros- great water pressure, soap dish (you’d be surprised how many hotels don’t provide, making a mess at the sink, so thanks!) Cons- no mini fridge in room (I need cold water), pillows are way too soft for me. Would definitely return."

"When we first arrived we were greeted by the front desk n she was very nice but when we got to our room it stated there were microwaves in the room on the site but it is not…..the A/C vents were filthy but housekeeping did come n clean them…..the tv turns off when you turn the channels…..light went out in the bathroom told the front desk n they never came to change it…..overall stay was ok but they seriously need to upgrade on a few things "

"The room needs updating, doesn’t look like the photos in the ad. The sheet was old with stains and there was hair on the sheets. The carpet needs to be replaced or at least a trough cleaning. Ceiling and wall mirrors need cleaning, they had heavy fingerprints."

"Hotel was clean and in a good location in West Philly, Ubers/Lyfts/Shuttle was about 15 minutes from Center City. Shuttle was convenient for travel, when available. Indoor pool was nice but cold. Pool towels were half the size of a bath towel. Elevators were hit and miss majority of our stay. Several restaurants and a Target within walking distance and view of hotel. Overall it was a great hotel and I'd stay again!!"

"Breakfast: omelets, bagels, waffles, sausage patties, hashbrowns, vanilla yogurt, 4 kinds of juice, tea, milk, light/med/dark/decaf coffee with vanilla creamer/sugar/sweet&low. Nothing stand out. Filled me up. Dog friendly: $20 gets one dog allowed to stay on motel’s ground floor. No cats, monkeys, hamsters, etc Parking: Free open lot. Cleanliness: Found someone’s hairclip sticking out from under the bed. A vacuum would have found this. The bathroom door cleared the toilet by a hair. Toilet required holding the handle down - the handle paint was torn off. Behind the door was a piece of cracker and a mysterious reddish brown powder. Mini fridge and microwave were clean. No weird substances on the sheets. Apparently funds are going towards a new ballroom instead of room improvements. Common areas were beautiful."

"The room was old. Not even a vent fan in the bathroom. The bar/restaurant had surprisingly good food and the gentlemen behind the bar was very pleasant and accommodating. On the other hand Ruth was rude, nasty, and just awful. Breakfast was a joke. This is a large hotel that only has a breakfast buffet. The place was filled to capacity and certainly unprepared for this breakfast debacle. The kept running out of food and had 2 self serve waffle makers with a capacity crowd, a joke. Make a pot of oatmeal, it’s easy, instead of packets of instant. The young lady is he with the more interested in making sure you’ve paid and making sure you ate. Pay when you enter or don’t sit down. And the biggest joke is they’ll let you in five minutes before they close and then when they’re ready to close are you grab what you can cause we’re closing the buffet. The police is a free-for-all people in the lobby with coolers bringing their own bottles of liquor and wine which is creating a mess everywhere. I’ve never seen a restaurant where you could bring in food from the outside and leave the mess all over the table until eventually there was nowhere to sit. And then when my son-in-law asked for a check out he was told no, because they were sold out for the next day. However when he went online availability for the next day was wide open . I guess for the price, if that’s your thing, you got what you paid for."
