Staff was very considerate and reached out with late check in instructions. It was all great. My only issue was the mattress was too hard for my liking. Didn’t sleep much.

Delightful conversion of an old mill. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We would certainly go back. Get a room overlooking the river if you can.

First and foremost, the hospitality at the Old Mill Inn is exceptional! The Mill is beautiful and the recent renovations give it a very fresh look. The urban industrial look in an old country mill work well to create an upscale experience in a peacefully restful setting.

This is a beautifully appointed historic inn with all the modern amenities. Located near a river and waterfall in a scenic area within easy access to Amherst, Northampton and Greenfield. Effortless self-check-in, beautiful rooms,great breakfast cafe, and friendly staff.

I stayed at this charming, clean and cozy property for a night when I dropped my daughter off at college for her Spring Semester. The only negative was that I was not aware prior to making the reservation that their restaurant would be closed between January and March for lunch/ dinner. However, guests were permitted to spend time within the restaurant and small lounge area to watch tv, read or play board games in a warm community setting all day and in the evenings. A complementary breakfast of brewed coffee and baked pastries were provided between 7am-11am in the restaurant also. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I do hope to return soon! 🙂

We appreciated the wonderful historic building and its connection to the region, and all of the staff who were happy to tell us about the history of the region. It was very refreshing. We had a slight problem and they corrected immediately as well. Thanks to everyone at the Old Mill Inn.

Perfect litttle getaway
Adorable little inn. Rooms are nicely updated and well kept. The area is very picturesque. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and appreciated that the room had free Hulu.

Stumbled on this inn looking for something near Amherst. Had such a lovely experience. The room was immaculate with all updated amenities, lovely bathroom and large kitchen! They still have the old wood from the mill as the ceiling but everything else contemporary. They called ahead to see if I needed the couch turned down for our family before we checked in. Cute little cafe to grab breakfast in the morning. Will def come back.

Isolated but good
Not exactly what I expected but turned out to be a gem. Well isolated but a couple of decent eateries within a short drive. One of the room windows wouldn’t close so we had the sound of the adjacent waterfall as continuous background noise but I suppose there is worse. Staff were very good.

Absolutely loved this place! My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights since we were seeing a concert at The Pines Theater and it was the most magical weekend I’ve had in a while. Weather was absolutely perfect and we fell asleep to the sound of the waterfall. Deb was extremely sweet giving us recommendations for where to eat and the lattes and breakfast were absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful place. We sat on the porch with a bottle of wine while the water fall provided background music. Our room was perfect, clean, and provided every amenity we needed to enjoy our stay. Will come back again.

Absolutely lovely stay with my family of 4. Location is a little remote - nothing else at all - in town but lots of grocery and food options 10 minutes away. The Inn’s cafe is exceptional when it’s open Staff were so lovely and helpful
