"Loved this hotel, started with the shuttle driver Duane, told me where to meet him at the airport knew my name and went above normal customer service. The check in was quick, room was spotless bed and pillows were so comfortable. Ordered room service and it was a great. "

"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the sofas in the rooms are sagging. They told me they were redoing rooms, though, so that should improve. Mall accessibility was great."
