"Great Hotel and Staff"

"Ibiris Hotel did exceed my expectations. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Tried to help where they could although would help to have someone who can speak English working there. Breakfast was decent. Well planned. Limited on space but always clean. Rooms were fairly clean and more spacious than I expected based on reviews. Towels could have been a bit cleaner (they were washed but stained) Would have been good to have a cupboard in the room, kettle, iron as basic necessities. Overall...

"Very pleasant stay at LB Suite Hotel. The room were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was good and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. Great location and excellent value for money. "In this hotel, there is a big problem in confirming the reservation and receiving the room. Although all the reservation procedures on my part were normal and the payment was made and confirmed, but the receptionist refused to confirm the reservation. She said that what she had was a reservation from another company in my name (Booking) and that I did not pay and that she replied to them that there were no rooms. If I had not called the number on the hotel.com page, I would not have received the...
